Solo Pipe and Drum Competition


AMATEUR ​Solo Piping & Drumming (Snare, Tenor, Bass)

Grades I, II, III, IV, V, Novice

Amateur Piping & Drumming Competitions - begins at 8:00 am

Glasgowlands is proud to announce they will be hosting the ​inaugural EUSPBA Northeast Branch Amateur Drumming Championships at the July 19th, 2025, Pipe and Drum competition. Championships will include all grade
​levels  of amateur snare, tenor, and bass drumming.  Competitors are required to enter all events for their specific instrument and grade level to qualify for the championship. Winners will be awarded a commemorative plaque along with a special non-cash prize, such as private instruction with world-class musicians including Reid Maxwell for snare , Morven Walker  for tenor and Christina Henry for bass.  Henderson Imports has also graciously agreed to sponsor this event and will also provide non-monetary prizes that will be awarded to winners.


Drumming Championship Rules
2025 Schedules 

Pipe and Drum Registration check in begins at 7:30 am at the Willowbrook Shelter; you will receive your competitor # and approximate time of play.  Times are only approximate and competition may be running ahead or behind posted schedule.

YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH THE STEWARD PROMPTLY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT.

2025 Registration Information:

2025 Entry fee: Solo Piping = $45 (Grade 5 and Novice $35)
2025 Entry fee: Solo Drumming = $35
